Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine originated in China thousands of years ago. The World Health Organization has officially recognized acupuncture as suitable for the treatment of hundreds of common clinical disorders. It is also used for preventive care and health maintenance helping to shift the body from fight or flight to rest and digest.

Chinese Medicine theory explains that human beings have a natural flow of energy through the body and that pain and disease are caused by an imbalance, deficiency, or blockage of this energy. Qi (pronounced chee) is the Chinese word for this vital energy that nourishes and activates our mind, body, and spirit.

Classical Homeopathy is a very supportive adjunct to other types of care, whether conventional allopathic / “western” medical care or natural, alternative/complimentary care methods. Classical Homeopathy is also very powerful and effective on its own, especially in treating what we might refer to as “well-care”. Well-care often refers to someone who is basically well but has some lingering feelings of imbalance or may say “I just don’t feel right” but there are no diagnosable issues found.

Anyone, whatever their diagnosis, can benefit from classical homeopathic care. Homeopathy helps by increasing the individual’s strength, vitality and resistance to disease. However, homeopathy is not a substitute for good health habits. In the long run, true health depends in good measure on eating well and exercising adequately, getting enough rest, dealing effectively with stress and living creatively.

Classical Homeopathy does support healthy vibrant vitality for emotional, physical, and even spiritual health…. enough so that people are able to make the choices they know are needed to support their most healthful, best, creative and vital life. Additionally, Homeopathy can support more vital, viable fertility, support pregnancy to go more smoothly, even help your baby be as healthy as possible.

Microneedling Therapy also called Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), SkinPen or Dermapen, is a minimally invasive skin-rejuvenation procedure. Microneedling results in the improvement in skin tone, texture and firmness, as well as smoothing for reduction in scars, pore size, and stretch marks. The serums used are lab-grade and blended specifically for your unique skin. During the treatment a medical pen-like device with 12 tiny needles on the end is used over the skin with serums. The needles are single use and sterile, stainless steel. The mechanical action of the pen allows the needles to puncture the skin and create a controlled injury at a specific depth. Each puncture creates a channel that triggers a natural healing process to fill these micro wounds by producing new collagen and elastin in the papillary dermis. The channels allow for super absorption of any serum or product applied by up to 2,000 percent. This treatment actually creates healthier skin and can be used instead of toxic or damaging procedures. Microneedling does not “burn” your skin like peels or more invasive lasers and it does not damage muscles or cause atrophy like botox.

For the best results, a series of at least three treatments are recommended. These should be spaced out at least four weeks. Monthly treatments are ideal for anyone who is serious about taking care of their skin and committed to prevention. A majority of patients report only a few hours of red or pink sensitive skin and are able to go back to normal activities (with a few cautions) the following day.

After over a decade supporting families by caring for their children, and then giving birth to twins in 2000, Tracey began a Home Birth Midwifery apprenticeship with Jane Kirby, CPM in the spring of 2002. This work continues to this day, and is the foundation for all that has followed.

In 2004, Tracey began working with the Cerebral Spinal Fluid through learning Core Syncronism. This primordial fluid carries light throughout the body, and working with it is an access point for deep releasing of stuck patterns.

Throughout the years, Tracey has deepened her knowledge of nutritional and herbal supports for the body through classes, independent study and the practice of supporting her family’s health with these allies.

In 2016, Tracey began formally studying traditional healing practices by joining the 9 month Heal The Spirit course taught by Kim Hart. This work and study continues to this day as we learn to work with community healing as much a individual healing, always beginning with ourselves.

In 2018 Tracey completed the practitioner level of the H.A.R.T. Method- Holistic Abdominal Relief Therapy. This is a unique synthesis of Maya Abdominal Therapy with techniques from the Aztec, Nahuatl, Otomi, and Mixteca cultures that Kim has humbly learned from and been mandated to teach by her Teachers and Elders. This work is not only a natural extension of Midwifery skills, but has given Tracey a way to reach anyone who needs support bringing movement and fluidity to the organs and core; supporting release and grounding.
